Rick is originally from North Easton, MA, and attended Providence College where he graduated with a double major in English and Philosophy. After his time at PC, Rick moved to Denver, Colorado, to work in the Corporate Law and Securities group for Holme, Roberts and Owen, LLP, a mid-sized international law firm. While at HRO, Rick worked primarily on middle market private equity M&A and debt financing. It was during these years that Rick realized his true passion was on the investment side and not the law side.

During his time at UConn, Rick has worked for General Electric through the edgelab, a partnership between UConn and GE. He’s active in the Finance Club as a Vice-President and is continuing his internship with Forest Systems Management Company through the school year.

A lifelong athlete, Rick’s other interests surround Ironman triathlons, golf, hockey, skiing and baseball.
